What you will do

• Lead product direction and define roadmaps for major AI Neobank app areas.
• Set priorities, product standards, and success metrics across multiple workstreams and squads.
• Guide PMs, designers, and engineers to ensure clear and efficient execution.
• Manage the integration of insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
• Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality and iterate based on post-launch learning and data.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas and managing multiple cross-functional squads.
• Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes.
• Proven track record in prioritization and product sequencing.
• Must be based in Japan and able to work from the Tokyo office (Hybrid).
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps is highly advantageous.
