Wallet Product & Operations Specialist (Web3)

What you will do

• Act as Product Owner for CEX crypto deposit, withdrawal, and safekeeping services.
• Oversee daily wallet operations and monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and uptime.
• Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and technical testing.
• Implement risk safeguards and continuously review controls to prevent potential impact to the firm or users.
• Optimize and automate internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external regulators to drive business growth and resolve customer pain-points.

Requirements

• 5+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
• 8+ years of experience in Product or Operations Management.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technologies including EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
• Proficiency with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and wallet infrastructure (MPC, HSM, KSM).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in TradFi Issuer Services & Custody.
