What you will do

• Manage artwork updates for new product launches, packaging changes, and regulatory initiatives.
• Brief production teams according to brand guidelines and track project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project status in internal artwork management systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure quality standards and launch deadlines are met.
• Oversee the creation of digital shelf assets in compliance with market regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or packaging production, ideally in FMCG or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with digital shelf processes and e-commerce production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven packaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, or Marketing.
