What you will do

• Guide clients through the technical onboarding and integration process.
• Explain frontend and backend integration flows, APIs, and platform functionality to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent client integrations to ensure timely project delivery.
• Configure client environments in the Back Office and perform QA testing of completed integrations.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and task statuses in JIRA.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an Integration Manager, Project Manager, or similar client-facing IT role.
• Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Advanced Spanish and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with JIRA and ability to read technical API specifications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
