What you will do

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating La Plaza operations across all event phases.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective delivery.
• Monitor the operational readiness of facilities, including F&B outlets, stages, and guest services.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
• Assist in task allocation and operational follow-up for assigned staff.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, schedules, and incident logs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid.
• Proven experience in operational support or event coordination.
• Ability to work as an independent self-employed professional.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and suppliers.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day operational challenges.
