What you will do

• Plan and oversee all operations within La Plaza during setup, event, and dismantling phases.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact between Production, Operations, F&B, Entertainment, and Security teams.
• Coordinate the setup and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Oversee the operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment areas, and guest services.
• Monitor crowd flows and queue management systems to ensure safe and efficient circulation.
• Lead the operational team, coordinating supervisors, production assistants, and temporary staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational planning and coordination for live events.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage various suppliers.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage operational incidents in real-time.
• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work model.
