Location: Must be based in or be able to work from one of the following locations: Spain, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, South Africa, UK, Sweden, Latvia, or Poland

What you will do

  • Act as the regional point of contact for all Workplace Experience and Real Estate projects, identifying business needs.
  • Develop end-to-end business cases using financial and non-financial metrics to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead external project managers in the technical and logistical execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage Real Estate acquisitions, divestments, and lease events to secure the best value for the business.
  • Track project performance against schedules, budgets, quality standards, and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the Future Work experience and ensure sustainable, accessible solutions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of delivering workplace projects such as office relocations and fit-outs.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in developing business cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills for senior-level interactions.
  • Degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying, Business, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification.
  • CoreNet Global qualifications (MCR, SLCR or equivalent).
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing regional or global property portfolios.
  • Exposure to workplace analytics and ESG/sustainability within real estate.
