Data Analytics Manager (Risk/Fraud/KYC)

What you will do

• Research and analyze risk patterns (fraud, spam, account takeover) using quantitative methodologies.
• Deploy and iterate rules and models to improve key risk metrics and system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance user experience with effective risk mitigation.
• Translate regulatory and operational data into actionable strategic insights to drive efficiency.
• Partner with senior management to define success metrics and performance frameworks for the compliance function.
• Lead and develop the Compliance Data Analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or data mining.
• Background in risk analysis for financial derivatives or e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analysis tool such as Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of blockchain, payment systems, or the risk domain.
