What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain business data marts for analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
• Implement master data management for clients, networks, products, and other core business entities.
• Automate client and internal reporting to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Develop and support scalable, reliable pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data.
• Build and own business health dashboards that surface insights and anomalies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization; Google BigQuery experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical Python skills using pandas, numpy, or similar libraries.
• Experience with Airflow and dbt for ETL orchestration and transformation.
• Familiarity with Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong data storytelling, problem decomposition, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end ownership.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto or blockchain ecosystem.
