Manager, Fraud Intelligence (Fraud Analytics)

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $157,250–$182,750 per year

What you will do

• Lead analysis of large-scale behavioral, transactional, and interaction data to identify fraud and abuse signals.
• Develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and mitigation solutions for emerging fraud threats.
• Track and optimize AI agent performance for Fraud Operations.
• Partner with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Fraud Operations, and leadership teams to improve fraud strategies and model features.
• Develop metrics and reporting for operational efficiency and fraud savings.
• Hire, mentor, and coach junior data analysts while conducting design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fraud analytics, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring and managing analytics teams.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and data storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Strong people leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be located within the continental United States.
