Salary: $115,000–$145,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with value stream managers to prioritize resources and resolve complex production challenges.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle support of production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing engineering standards, processes, and documentation.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, production flow optimization, and ergonomics to improve operational performance.
• Utilize production metrics and data-driven problem solving to eliminate waste and implement sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience in a complex production environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and value stream optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and solve complex operational challenges.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
