Salary: $121,440–$154,836

What you will do

• Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.
• Analyze key operational data, net working capital, and debt-like items.
• Draft Quality of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior associates while assessing their performance.
• Collaborate with partners on business development calls and proposals.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting utilization targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2 to 6 years of related work experience in consulting, accounting, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting standards.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
