What you will do

• Manage material accountability and coordinate operations within the storeroom and storage yards.
• Process material receipts, conduct visual inspections for quality and breakage, and maintain detailed records.
• Operate inventory management software (Maximo) and other office equipment for tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and pack materials for shipment, including the handling of hazardous materials like gasoline and oil.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, hoists, overhead cranes, and order pickers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and execute approved discrepancy adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehousing.
• Must possess a valid State driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with inventory software (Maximo) and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and successful completion of the Physical Ability Test (PAT).
• Strong working knowledge of logistics related to shipping and relocating inventory.
• High School Diploma or GED.
