What you will do

• Lead enterprise communications strategy, including product, partner, and customer narratives.
• Build and evolve messaging focused on AI-powered software creation, secure adoption, and business impact.
• Develop customer storytelling programs that highlight measurable business outcomes.
• Engage with enterprise technology, business, and AI reporters to shape market perception.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to support enterprise campaigns and field narratives.
• Develop executive thought leadership, including speeches, bylines, and briefing documents.

Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of communications experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
• Proven experience building relationships with top-tier enterprise technology and business press.
• Strong writing skills across diverse formats including blog posts, speeches, and social content.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, including security, governance, and procurement.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work from the Foster City, CA office on a hybrid schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri).
