What you will do

• Create and oversee temporary wayfinding strategies to optimize pedestrian flow and user experience.
• Assess signage quality and recommend specific sign types based on project standards and visual appeal.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet strict deadlines in dynamic construction environments.
• Analyze project schedules, Gantt charts, and design plans to evaluate signage needs.
• Develop high-impact visual concepts, location plans, and proposed paths of travel.
• Manage the end-to-end production and installation of temporary wayfinding elements onsite.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, preferably in airport building programs or similar complex building projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field.
• Must be able to work onsite at client locations in Los Angeles, CA, potentially across various shifts.

• Master's degree.
