What you will do

• Conduct facility rounds and inspect electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
• Monitor BMS and EPMS platforms to respond promptly to alarms and alerts per SOPs.
• Execute energy isolation procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and manage switchgear operations.
• Perform initial diagnostics for system notifications and support root cause analysis for incident response.
• Ensure all operations adhere to approved MOP, SOP, and EOP standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and team members to maintain 24/7 operational stability.

Requirements

• High school diploma; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, industrial plants).
• Proven experience with energy isolation, LOTO, and switchgear operations.
• Strong understanding of UPS, generators, PDUs, and CRAC/CRAH units.
• Proficiency in BMS/EPMS platforms and ability to read one-line diagrams.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
