What you will do

• Provide technical and managerial oversight for the Maintenance and Facility Management departments.
• Ensure the availability of all machinery, equipment, and central utility systems including power, ventilation, and plumbing.
• Analyze malfunctions and implement sustainable corrective measures.
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance system.
• Manage departmental budgets and evaluate make-or-buy decisions.
• Coordinate infrastructure upkeep and lead renovation or structural change projects.

Requirements

• Technical degree or vocational training with technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Several years of professional experience including leadership roles.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on quality and responsibility.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
