What you will do

• Perform technical repairs, inspections, and maintenance on demonstration and customer equipment.
• Refurbish products for sale, including necessary software and hardware upgrades.
• Conduct quality inspections and re-work for new products that fail testing.
• Manage warehouse duties, including inbound goods receipt and accurate inventory tracking.
• Assist the operations team with outbound shipment processes, including picking and packing.
• Maintain an orderly and safe warehouse environment and repair bay.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Cologne, Germany on a permanent basis.
• Previous experience troubleshooting AV equipment at the board level.
• Proficiency with software, error logs, and service manuals.
• Experience with multimedia equipment installation.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware setup and repair.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
