Internal Service Technician (AV Equipment)

What you will do

• Perform technical repairs, inspections, refurbishments, maintenance, and quality checks for Christie products and demonstration equipment.
• Refurbish products for resale, including software and hardware upgrades when required by product specifications.
• Inspect and rework new products that fail testing or configuration, escalating issues to the Quality Group.
• Receive, inspect, and record customer and company-owned goods while maintaining accurate inventory consumption records.
• Keep repair bays and warehouse areas orderly and safe, and support picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts.
• Inform customers about service progress and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience troubleshooting AV equipment at board level using software, error logs, and service manuals.
• Experience installing multimedia equipment.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware setup and repair.
• Understanding of Christie Digital products and related equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work onsite on a permanent basis.
