What you will do

• Sell specific products and services to the existing hirify.global client base.
• Initiate contact through prospecting and cold calling within the current customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage identified accounts within a territory.
• Present specialized product knowledge, market trends, and competitive intelligence to clients.
• Prepare and present professional proposals using company resources.
• Achieve annual sales goals and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of enterprise-level sales experience OR 5+ years in financial crimes management.
• Ability to travel an average of 40%.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with Fraud, AML, or the Banking Secrecy Act.
• General knowledge of banking practices, systems, and applications.
• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
