What you will do

• Formulate project scope in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead roadmap discussions and provide strategic solutions to grow service footprints.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Execute projects while effectively managing and mitigating risks.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Provide coaching and career guidance to junior and intermediate team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Hybrid or Home-based).
• At least 10 years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong financial management skills for budget tracking and fiscal responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time if required.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo or other Enterprise Asset Management software.
