What you will do

• Manage engineering team through coaching, development plans, vision casting, and hiring in partnership with Central Team Leader.
• Ensure team initiatives add value to Digital Product suite, improve end-user experience, and align with organizational strategy.
• Partner with product teams to remove barriers, drive projects, and leverage centralized resources like SRE.
• Maintain technical roadmap, develop API operational standards, manage technical debt, and control costs for performance gains.
• Provide technical support on high-level projects and lead ministry efforts to technical outcomes.

Requirements

• On-site in Edmond, OK
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience and senior engineering skill set required.
