Group Financial Controller

TL;DR

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum

What you will do

• Take responsibility for group consolidated financial statements and year-end statutory accounts.
• Lead the timely delivery of management reporting and present key financial data.
• Manage and mentor a sizeable finance team.
• Drive the improvement of financial processes and systems across the organization.
• Assist with financial due diligence and information preparation for acquisitions.
• Oversee group VAT compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Must be ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Proven experience working within a complex business environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in account consolidation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent staff management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
