What you will do

• Drive financial strategy and support executive decision-making.
• Build and lead a motivated finance team.
• Manage migration to new accounting system and SaaS income recognition.
• Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain financial models, budgets, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with sales and tender teams.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Bromley, England, United Kingdom.
• Qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 5 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies and accounting system migrations.
• Strong financial knowledge, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
• Experience with investor relations and third-party reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Sage Intacct, Sage 50, and Dynamics 365 preferred.
