Management Accountant

What you will do

• Independently prepare monthly management accounts, including manual journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Perform variance analysis and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage month-end and quarterly reporting packages within the WPP Group tool.
• Ensure adherence to SOX-compliant control environments and maintain audit trails.
• Assist the Financial Controller with annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecasting.
• Provide support to the wider agency on various finance functions and purchase order management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance function, preferably within an agency.
• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
