What you will do

• Provide comprehensive video-based clinical care including acute, pediatric, and mental health services.
• Manage Epic EMR workflows, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with care team members to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of care while leveraging AI-driven clinical tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care setting.
• Active licensure in FL, NJ, NY, MA or active NLC license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week, including Mondays and Fridays.
• Clean background and medical malpractice history.
