Location: Must be based in the U.S. and licensed in Texas (additional licenses in AZ/CA preferred). Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

What you will do

• Deliver safe, high-quality primary care through asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• Build longitudinal patient relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Use clinical data to support proactive panel management and close care gaps.
• Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and operational workflows.
• Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases daily.
• Provide clinical supervision and support for Advanced Practice Providers.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Currently licensed in Texas.
• At least 3 years of independent outpatient primary care experience post-residency.
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Ability to master clinical platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset for cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to have

• Active medical licenses in Arizona or California.
• Previous experience in telemedicine or startup environments.
