What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team for Trade and Payments verticals in EMEA.
  • Execute integrated sales strategies to acquire large-scale clients including financial institutions, brokerages, and payment processors.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead generation through to contract closure.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with C-suite executives and top-tier accounts.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in digital assets through industry events and forums.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to align product capabilities with market demand.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership or VP-level sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals with multi-year contract values.
  • Deep domain expertise in fintech, payments, and the digital asset/cryptocurrency space.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Netherlands.
  • Strong existing network of institutional and enterprise contacts in financial services and fintech.
  • Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and commitment to compliance standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading enterprise sales in both payments/fintech and crypto/digital assets sectors.
  • Previous experience in venture-backed technology startups.
  • MBA degree.
