Location: Remote (Must be licensed in FL, NJ, NY, MA and/or hold active NLC; must be based in the US)

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive clinical care via video, covering acute care, pediatrics, and mental health.
• Manage Epic EMR inboxes, including reviewing labs, imaging, and addressing patient questions.
• Educate patients on treatments and prescribe medications and refills as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff.
• Maintain a high standard of compassionate care to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Work regular weekend shifts (7a-7p Sat & Sun plus one weekday).

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care setting.
• Valid licensure in FL, NJ, NY, MA and/or an active NLC.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.
• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, with the ability to treat both acute and chronic conditions.
• Willingness to work weekend hours (36 hours per week total).
