What you will do

• Execute full-cycle accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, mortgage payments, and property tax monitoring.
• Manage monthly accounting book closings and prepare necessary journal entries.
• Perform annual/seasonal CAM reconciliations and address related tenant inquiries.
• Oversee bank account setup and financial transitions for property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for accounting management.
• Review bank reconciliations for team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Accounting degree and active CPA license required.
• University graduate with Cum Laude honors or better.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
