Sustaining Program Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Oversee the full sustaining program lifecycle for custom ASIC and AI hardware, including post-ramp qualification.
• Drive readiness across BOM validation, material availability, and process qualification with manufacturing partners.
• Bridge communication between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to resolve risks.
• Utilize ERP and project management tools to track progress and ensure supply healthiness.
• Influence internal stakeholders and external partners to meet quality and yield targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in steering complex semiconductor or hardware products from design to production.
• Deep technical knowledge of foundry, packaging, HW SMT, and FATP processes.
• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP, PLM, and project management software like JIRA or Smartsheet.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may be contingent upon citizenship or permanent residency status.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence in fast-paced, global environments.
