Salary: $245,000 - $375,000 USD (depending on region)

What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy to elevate hirify.global Commerce Media to category leadership.
  • Shape product storytelling, positioning, and messaging that highlights unique AI and machine learning capabilities.
  • Drive enterprise demand through account-based marketing (ABM), industry events like Shoptalk and NRF, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry analysts and ecosystem leaders to enhance credibility.
  • Collaborate with shared marketing functions including product marketing, field marketing, and communications to execute plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles at an enterprise technology company.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and translating business directions into sequenced marketing plans.
  • Expert storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex AI/ML concepts for enterprise audiences.
  • Track record of creating enterprise demand and managing analyst engagement.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the retail or retail media domain.
  • Technical fluency in digital advertising.
