What you will do

• Manage warehouse operations, inventory counting, and tracking for both warehouse and truck stock.
• Implement and manage product rotation using the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling for routine maintenance and conduct weekly condition inspections.
• Oversee the nightly loading process to ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Drive a culture of safety by educating employees on standards and safe equipment operation.
• Monitor working conditions and manage accident reporting through the Incident Management System.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory.
• English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Egg Harbor Township, US.
