Global Mobility Coordinator

TL;DR

Global Mobility Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting day-to-day immigration and relocation operations during a period of program transition and vendor consolidation with an accent on case management, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication. Focus on coordinating active mobility cases, maintaining reporting dashboards, and partnering with internal HR teams and external legal counsel to ensure seamless service delivery.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Atlanta, GA preferred).

Salary: $30–$32 per hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate immigration case initiations with employees, managers, and legal counsel.
• Support domestic and international relocation activities and vendor engagement.
• Maintain mobility tracking tools, dashboards, and case records.
• Monitor service-level commitments and resolve vendor service issues.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal to ensure smooth case execution.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all mobility processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Smartsheets.
• Prior experience supporting a global workforce.
• Background in immigration case management or employee relocations.
