What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution for core paid channels, prioritizing Paid Search and Demand Gen.
• Define and execute channel roadmaps and activation strategies alongside the Performance Marketing Lead.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Performance Marketing Executive to support their career growth.
• Partner with Creative and Partnerships teams to build high-velocity testing loops and co-marketing opportunities.
• Integrate AI-driven technologies to automate workflows and enhance creative testing.
• Translate complex platform data into actionable commercial insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from the Manchester office 2 days per week.
• Strong background in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Paid Search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing).
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, or coaching junior team members.
• Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and tying metrics to business goals.
• Enthusiasm for AI marketing tools and platform automation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
