What you will do

• Design, configure, and upgrade software for PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management modules in SAP.
• Identify and resolve application issues and provide primary production support to end-users.
• Guide workflow design, build, and test systems to optimize lab operations and business software.
• Lead estimation for enhancement requests and mentor a team of analysts.
• Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to ensure business needs are aligned with system delivery.
• Create and maintain system documentation and drive continuous improvement for IT processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an analyst or project delivery role.
• Must be based in Madison, WI and able to travel between local company locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management design and configuration.
• Experience with SAP MM/PP design and configuration.
• Proven experience leading teams of analysts and coordinating complex cross-functional projects.
