What you will do

• Coordinate and support UAV training courses and demo events from planning through execution.
• Manage the allocation, tracking, and operational readiness of UAV systems, payloads, and batteries.
• Perform software and firmware updates and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Continuously improve training processes, standards, and operational documentation.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and flight logs to ensure aviation compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Repair, Support, Production, and Software Engineering.

Requirements

• Vocational training in a commercial, administrative, or operational field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or training management.
• Fluent communication in both German and English.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar coordination tools.
• Experience combining operational coordination with hands-on technical equipment work.
