What you will do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and tax deductions.
• Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Support year-end activities, including W-2 and T4 tax reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
• Proven experience processing payroll for both U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll laws and Canadian payroll legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• PCP or CPM certification through the National Payroll Institute (Canada).
• Experience supporting payroll for 300+ employees across multiple entities.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and payroll audit processes.
