Compensation: $183,500 – $340,700 (Total Target Cash)

What you will do
- Identify, explore, and analyze new opportunities to develop successful business initiatives within strategic accounts.
- Lead the sales process and manage cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Clinical Executive, and Account Management.
- Take ownership of the Enterprise Portfolio to create strategies meeting customers' short- and long-term needs.
- Educate senior leadership on industry trends while driving value-based selling messaging.
- Build collaborative relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and technology solution selling experience in healthcare.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business to consistently achieve quotas.
- Experience with Consultative Selling in complex B2B healthcare environments.
- Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight.
