Product Management and Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive product management, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives for the ANS Division's security and application delivery portfolio.
• Evangelize, insert, and expand VMware vDefend lateral security and Avi Load Balancer products with customers.
• Identify customer use cases and insertion strategies across multiple go-to-market segments.
• Partner with product managers, architects, sales, corporate communications, and PR on strategy, roadmaps, launches, and executive-level content.
• Create differentiated white papers, videos, blogs, and other collateral explaining the technical and business value of the ANS portfolio.
• Speak at conferences, vMUGs, and related industry forums while managing teams for high productivity.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field with 15+ years of related experience, or MS degree with 13+ years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of networking, security, and load balancing.
• Clear understanding of agentic AI architecture and its implications for cloud infrastructure, security, and load balancing.
• Experience in inbound and outbound product management, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to deliver impactful messaging to sales teams, customers, partners, executives, and technical audiences.
• Experience speaking at industry forums and conferences.
