What you will do

• Design and implement custom products within the ad tech stack in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain regression test cases for new and existing advertising products.
• Troubleshoot product issues, identify root causes, and escalate to Engineering when necessary.
• Define detailed specifications and write clear documentation for new features.
• Review existing workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Pioneer experimental features that expand the platform's value proposition beyond content delivery.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech at a leading publisher, DSP, SSP, or agency.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive, or similar database technologies is required.
• 1–3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Datadog, or Tableau.
• Comprehension and experience trafficking digital video formats, including VAST and VMAP.
• Strong track record of providing technical support for stakeholders and overseeing complex integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
