What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of complex software projects.
• Design and maintain reliable, scalable microservices for customer-facing and internal APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance and participate in ongoing code refactoring.
• Drive technical specifications, integration, testing, and release processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production coding experience, primarily in server-side Java.
• Expertise in service-oriented architectures, microservices, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams or managing direct reports.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React component libraries.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools or advanced AI workflows.
