What you will do

• Lead new client onboarding and activation, including Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation.
• Build strategic test-and-learn roadmaps to help advertisers launch effectively and improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable recommendations and ROI proof.
• Identify upsell and scaling opportunities by demonstrating value and expanding client investment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot setup issues and support success.
• Educate advertisers on Reddit's paid and organic offerings, including platform best practices and Reddit Pro.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or media planning within digital advertising or social media.
• French fluency required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling language.
• Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel, digital measurement, and tracking fundamentals.
• Proactive and methodical approach to managing a high volume of clients and multiple priorities.
• Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Spanish and/or Italian language skills.
• Experience supporting advertisers specifically in the Southern Europe market.
• Experience working with both performance and brand advertisers.
• Familiarity with consultative client communication and paid social optimization.
