Account Manager, Clients (Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Run the day-to-day client business, executing strategies and maintaining accurate, punctual billing and administration.
• Take and distil client briefs, collaborating with senior account and business development colleagues to develop effective strategies.
• Support campaigns across the full lifecycle, including planning, activation, and evaluation across on- and offline media channels.
• Produce audience insights and source-of-growth analysis for beauty and eye-health brands.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of junior team members.
• Drive client performance and act as an extension of the client team.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in client services, media planning, or media investment.
• Ability to analyse client sales and consumer data and understand marketing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
• Thorough knowledge of media channels, media planning, and media effectiveness.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in proprietary and industry tools and processes.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
