What you will do

• Support and advise product owners on translating requirements into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement process changes within Workday.
• Resolve complex tier 3 support tickets and assist junior team members.
• Evaluate new system releases to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the impact of changes on downstream systems.
• Partner with local key users on knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Develop & Perform domain.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or comparable HR platforms.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a high-demanding environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
