HR Workday Technical Expert – Talent & Performance (Workday)

What you will do

• Support the global Workday team and Talent stakeholders across talent, development, and performance processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and process improvements.
• Design, configure, test, validate, and deploy functional changes, business rules, security settings, and release updates.
• Analyze impacts across integrations, reporting, downstream systems, and related HR processes.
• Resolve complex tier 3 support issues and collaborate on troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate new Workday features and AI-related solutions for talent processes such as performance, succession, skills, and talent reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Talent & Performance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable HR platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a complex internal HR environment.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
