TL;DR
Maximo Specialist (IBM Maximo/Maximo Mobile): Supporting, configuring, and continuously improving Maximo solutions for global service operations with an accent on Maximo Mobile, asset information management, and service execution. Focus on translating operational needs into workflows and user experience improvements, troubleshooting mobile and Maximo issues, and integrating the platform with ERP, GIS, and other enterprise systems.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid permit to work in the EU.

What you will do
- Configure, support, and enhance IBM Maximo solutions for service operations.
- Develop, configure, and improve Maximo Mobile applications using the Maximo Application Framework.
- Translate service operation needs into Maximo functionality, workflows, and user experience improvements.
- Troubleshoot Maximo and mobile-related issues, monitor performance, and support end users.
- Support integrations, deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle optimisation.
- Maintain technical and functional configuration, design, and troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, and configuration or support activities.
- Experience with Maximo Mobile or enterprise mobile solutions.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations with ERP, GIS, or other enterprise platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid EU work permit.

- Familiarity with Java and Maximo backend customisation.
