What you will do

• Serve as the strategic owner of Salesforce platform integrity, architecture, and governance.
• Define and enforce best practices for automation, including Flow design standards and maintainability.
• Manage user permissions, profiles, and access models to ensure least-privilege security.
• Establish audit-supporting change management processes and release discipline.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into sustainable platform designs.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities and integrations to reduce technical debt and support growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, security models, and automation frameworks.
• Proven experience designing scalable permissioning models and managing user access.
• Strong understanding of change management and audit-supporting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex systems implementations and process transformations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
