What you will do

• Design and execute laboratory experiments including analyte extraction, NGS library preparation, and hybrid capture.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and validate assays for commercial launch.
• Troubleshoot laboratory processes and protocols to ensure high-quality results.
• Perform basic data analysis and interpret experimental findings.
• Document protocols, SOPs, and scientific reports under a Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or biochemistry with 4-6 years of industry experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in NGS, DNA/RNA extraction, and molecular biology techniques like qPCR and multiplex PCR.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, JMP, or Excel.
• Ability to perform manual laboratory work and high-throughput pipetting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, liquid biopsy, or transplant research.
• Programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience operating automated liquid handling platforms.
