What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap for ELM Practice Management solutions.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams to manage development cycles and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Engage directly with flagship corporate legal clients to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable features.
• Author detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and precise Jira tickets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline the product development lifecycle and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of product strategy.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on edge cases and detailed requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, enterprise legal management (ELM), or corporate legal departments.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code.
