What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform surfaces including navigation, onboarding, and global search.
• Drive activation and retention metrics by removing friction and enhancing the everyday user experience.
• Partner with design and engineering to ship high-quality, polished user-facing features.
• Run experiments across the user journey, utilizing data and qualitative insights to prioritize product development.
• Translate complex legal professional needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions.
• Lead onboarding and first-run experiences to ensure rapid user adoption.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of building consumer-grade UI experiences with a strong eye for design craft.
• Hands-on experience with growth initiatives, including activation, adoption, and retention metrics.
• Strong product judgment balancing qualitative insights with quantitative rigor.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a history of working tightly with design and engineering teams.
• Bias toward ownership, high standards, and ego-free collaboration.
