What you will do

• Operate and monitor optical processing equipment during night shifts with a compressed workweek schedule.
• Handle delicate optical components, inspect for defects, and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality inspections using advanced metrology tools and document findings accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist in training new and existing employees.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and measuring equipment such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, CMM, or interferometers is desirable.
• Ability to work night shifts (6pm–6am) on a rotating compressed schedule.
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment with required protective gear.
• Ability to safely handle optical components and work around lasers, chemicals, and mechanical equipment.
